Mark “Kimba” Edwin is more than a builder — he’s a craftsman, a leader, and a visionary whose journey spans continents, decades, and hundreds of successful projects.

Born and raised in the Caribbean island of Grenada, Mark grew up with an insatiable curiosity and drive to create. His early studies in electrical engineering introduced him to the world of architecture, where blueprints and drawings sparked what would become a lifelong devotion to building.

At just 17 years old, he left Grenada for America, determined to carve his own path. He began with concrete work — grueling, hands-on labor that gave him grit, endurance, and the foundation of his craft. From there he entered the world of high-end remodeling in New York City. Starting as a painter, Mark’s relentless work ethic and natural leadership quickly moved him up the ranks. Within a few years, he was managing multimillion-dollar renovations of luxury penthouses and historic brownstones.

In 2013, his reputation for quality, speed, and honesty led to a larger stage: overseeing the renovation of hundreds of apartments across New York and Connecticut. By 2018, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Mark relocated to Atlanta and launched On Point Renovations. Over the next few years, he remodeled more than 300 apartments and expanded into commercial work, managing sophisticated office and suite buildouts with the same meticulous attention to detail that defined his residential projects.

Then came a turning point. In 2021, after the passing of his father and an extended sabbatical back in Grenada, Mark reconnected with his roots and rediscovered his deepest calling — creating timeless forever homes for families. Out of this renewed purpose, On Point Builders was born.

Today, On Point Builders is the embodiment of Mark’s vision: homes that inspire, uplift, and endure for generations. Guided by his personal creed — “Do what you say, and say what you do” — Mark embodies integrity, accountability, and authenticity in every endeavor. He’s known for pairing rare speed with uncompromising quality, and unlike many in his field, he remains truly hands-on: always present on site.

Beyond his projects, Mark is both student and teacher of his craft, constantly researching new construction trends, materials, and technologies to ensure his clients benefit from the very best the industry has to offer. Outside of building, he finds peace in fishing along the familiar shores of Grenada. Today, he and his wife make their home in Cobb County, Georgia, where he continues to build not only houses, but enduring legacies.
